This is a great shared hosting  package for small businesses, entrepreneurs/consultants who don’t need a SSL certificate or a dedicated IP address, but want quality customer service and support. If you are already a current client with us and not a tech savvy person and have a WordPress website, this is a great option for you. We walk you through a lot of common questions and we setup a lot of basic things for you outside of monitoring your website. We would be more than technical support for you and your website.  We offer insight and can direct you to other solutions to help grow your business.

Note: All support inquiries should be directed by email, live web chat support, phone or skype. We respond fast to all requests if we are away from the phone or our offices are closed

Server 

Your website will be with only 500 other websites as opposed to over 2000 websites on a shared server. This means higher performance for your website as resources are evenly spread out on the server. No lazy page load times.

Cancellation of Service or Renewal 

Cancellation | If you wish to go to another hosting provider to have your own control panel we will transfer your files for Free to the new hosting server (This means we get your site up and running on your hosting server). We are an affiliate of several hosting companies and you will signup up on a promotional offer. From that point on your hosting will be with that hosting provider. All technical or customer service inquiries will be directed to that hosting company.

Renewal | We notify you by email when your hosting renews. You can request a direct invoice, pay through the web shop, or request to be put on automatic renewal (your credit card on file will be charged) to continue your service. We accept all major credit cards, Paypal & Payoneer.
